Signing in

Sign up and enter NV immediately. The welcome email does not need confirmation. Use Forgot password? if you need account recovery.

Posting photos and videos

Tap +, choose up to three JPEG, PNG or WebP photos (10 MB each), or one MP4/MOV video of up to 15 seconds (25 MB). A caption and style tag are optional. Each member has three media upload attempts per rolling 24 hours during beta. Keep the app open while it processes your upload. If publication fails, follow the message and retry. Not every file or codec can be supported.

Videos play as they enter view and pause when you scroll away. Sound starts automatically when your browser permits it; if it does not, use the sound button. Your sound choice carries through the current browsing session.

Reporting and blocking

Use the report control on a published post or reply to send a private report. Blocking hides content between signed-in accounts. Sign in to open full conversations; guests see only the three latest short Home previews. Manage blocked members in My Hair. Posts publish without automated content classification. Please report content that should not be here. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services; NV is not an emergency service.

Profiles, saves and your calendar

Use My Hair to change your profile and sharing setting. Social links follow profile sharing. Published posts remain visible to members even when your profile is private; the latest three can appear as short public Home previews. Your hair calendar and My connections lists and counts are private. Open the Saved tab in My Hair for your private saved posts. Save text, photo, and video posts into up to six private folders during beta.

Delete your account

In My Hair, open Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent and includes your account information, authored content, private plans and stored uploads. If deletion does not finish, retry or email us. You can also email an account-deletion request; we will verify ownership before acting.

Beta availability

The web beta includes accounts, onboarding, hair profiles, discovery, forums, text/photo/video posts, threaded replies, following, private saves, reporting, blocking and a private hair calendar. The native iPhone release is still being prepared and tested. Nearby stylist discovery and commercial research participation are not active.
